Do you use chemicals on every job?
No. Standard window and solar cleaning is 100% chemical-free pure water.
Chemicals appear only in specialty restoration — hard water and paint removal — where
they're genuinely necessary.
How do I know if I need hard water removal?
If your windows have white, cloudy or hazy spots that don't wipe away
with ordinary cleaning, that's mineral buildup. Call us and we'll assess it for free.
Can paint removal scratch my windows?
Not when it's done correctly. We use tools designed specifically for
glass — the same methods professional glaziers use — and we assess the pane before
starting.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior-only work. Interior windows and specialty jobs need
inside access, so let us know when you book.
When can you actually come out?
April through October, on Wednesdays and weekends. November to March is a
blackout — Santa Fe's freezing temperatures stop the pure water system from running
safely, so we don't book work we can't do properly.
Are screens included in a window clean?
The first 20 screens are washed free with any window cleaning; beyond
that it's $5 each. Repairing a damaged screen is separate — that's rescreening, from
$25.
When do I pay?
After the work, once you've walked it with us and you're satisfied. We
don't take deposits and there's no upfront payment.
